What on earth is happening this season? The vacationers are back. You can see them in the traffic, at the gym, on the golf course, in the restaurants and hopefully we will continue to see them at our open houses each week as we did this last weekend.

Of these 28 homes 14 (1/2) were new Pulte Homes and 14 resales; 18 were under $300,000 and 7 were between $300,000-$400,000 and 2 just over $400,00 and 1 just over $500,000.
